PMP Implementations System
PMP students, on average, will spend 4 to 6 months in exam prep. Once the exam is passed, they may realize that only half of the knowledge and skills are used in their working environments. While the PMP certification provides excellent foundational knowledge in Project Management, successful implementation requires specific organizational context and developing practical experience through trial and refinement.
Join Gabor Stramb in his discussion about the PMP certification, and its efficacy and application. Gabor addresses challenges that are encountered when bridging the gap, and provides viable solutions, bridging the PMP theory to real-life practice.
