The people behind the Corporate Champions for IPM Day 2026

The Smartest Bet in Project Management? People.

A thank you to the Champions of IPM Day 2026

By Lori Milhaven, Executive Vice President, IIL

Anyone can say it. Our Champions do it.

Every organization says it invests in its people. Our IPM Day 2026 Champions prove it.

On November 5, thousands of professionals around the world will log in for IIL’s 22nd annual International Project Management Day. Many will be there because a Champion organization decided their growth was worth the investment.

That decision deserves more than a logo on a webpage. It deserves a real thank you.

Meet our 2026 Champions.

Fourteen organizations that know strategy alone does not deliver projects. People do. Every new system, product launch, and clinical trial begins with someone who said “we can do this” and then had to figure out how. Our Champions make sure those people have the skills, confidence, and support to succeed.

What makes a Champion?

They grow people together. Learning alone is useful. Learning as a team is how a group of individuals starts to think and move as one.

They prepare people for AI, not just systems. The real question is not which tool to buy. It is whether your people are ready to use it. Champions are answering that question now, through our AI Impacts track.

They care about the person, not just the task. Projects in Motion builds capability. The Human of It All builds what lets people use it: confidence, trust, and the resilience to keep going when a project gets hard.

They add to the conversation, not just the audience. Mick Ebeling, Founder and CEO of Not Impossible Labs, opens the live day with “The Fallacy of Impossible.” Tamer AlaaEldine of Nokia Networks presents “The Agentic PMO: From Tools to Teammates.” Champions do not just send learners. They send ideas.

This year’s theme is Purpose, Progress, and Power. Our Champions are living all three.

Thank you.

To every Champion: you do not just build careers. You shape how the world will work next. IPM Day has reached its 22nd year because organizations like yours keep saying yes to growth.

We see it. We value it. And we are grateful.
